About Mette
I trained as an apprentice in England, where for most of those years I worked on a project based on Professor Guy Claxton's "Building Learning Power". This project focused on the mental competencies we need so we learn to learn.
I have since worked as a consultant and self-employed in management development and self-development. My passion is to equip the leaders of the future with competencies that strengthen them mentally so that they can perform academically.
I use my competencies as a professional coach and ICF member, and emotional intelligence to help a development process.
