State certified peer counselor who works as a behavioral health technician with people who exhibit full spectrum autism. I'm also a certified Registered Behavioral Technician who has been in recovery for over 10 years, sits on multiple committees, and volunteers regularly.

My meathod is to try to focus on immediate issues, followed by identifying triggers, establishing coping techniques, and developing a relaxation outlet. I'm 12 step oriented however I also I have experience with smart recovery and other non 12 step.
