Charulatha has demonstrated to be an excellent teacher in the way she interacts with students. She conveys the concepts in a manner the student can understand and adapts her teaching style to the student as needed. She encourages them to keep trying in case they're having difficulty with a particular lesson and guides them with patience. She is punctual and enthusiastic in her interactions with the students and they seem to respond positively to her efforts. I would highly recommend Charulatha for teaching English lessons.

Charulatha aka Charu is a great and passionate teacher and teaching runs in her blood. Her grand dad was a teacher of Maths and English. She possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (especially clarity of thought, listening and articulation), leadership with empathy, adaptability and motivational skills. All of these are sound and essential qualities of a good teacher. She loves teaching people of all age groups especially children. Her friends in school and college relied on her for teaching complex concepts which she was able to teach in simple and easy ways. I have personally benefitted from this many times during my school days. She was also the most sought after individual during her long and successful corporate stint. She worked in the investment banking sector as an Executive Director where on the job training and coaching play a very important role in shaping an individual's career. Colleagues at all levels, especially new joiners were asked to be trained and coached by Charu. She also volunteers with an organization where she teaches English to non English speaking children which she very much enjoys and looks forward to. She loves interacting with children and finds unique and interesting ways to engage with them and make learning a fun filled activity. I have witnessed this first hand with my daughter who loves learning from Charu, but actually believes she is playing with her. All of these qualities make Charu a highly recommended and passionate teacher.

Charulatha is an excellent English tutor that I supervised at Reading Partners Seattle. She is extremely patient with students and was especially good at working with my student who was prone to distractions and occasional behavioral interruptions. She was always understanding with him and worked to earn his trust rather than simply demand it from the start. Her student was always excited to come and see her, and I do not think he would have made nearly as much progress if she had not been his tutor.
