About Tanduxolo
I am a retired maths teachers. While I was a school teacher, my pass rate was high. When I arrived at the college as a maths HOD, the pass rate was very low. Nonetheless, on my first year, at third year level, I obtained 90 % pass rate and many distentions.
My qualifications are very high, and rage from B.Sc maths and
applied maths to M.Ed maths education (RAU) and from Post graduate diploma in Business management to MBA UKZN

My teaching is based mostly on problem solving. I introduce the lesson emphasising the fact that they are coming to class to practise problem solving rather than to listen to the teacher talk.
This mean there is classwork for each lesson and I go in between them and help. towards the end of the lesson, I give a homework based on general performance on the classwork.
I teach using English as a language of teaching. Just before I start my lessons, I use question and answer method to find out where the learners are and where to start. All my lessons are a succeess
