About Ngwekazi Khanya
My name is Ngwekazi Khanya Ncusane, a passionate rugby coach at Rondebosch Boys' High School who holds an IRB level 1 coaching certification as well as a Boksmart accreditation working towards my level 2 and an active player for False Bay Rugby Club. I view rugby not only as a sport, but as a powerful classroom for life — a platform to mentor, guide, and shape young athletes into disciplined, hardworking, and responsible young men.
Driven by a desire to contribute to the future of the country, I am committed to developing players who excel both on and off the field. Through structured coaching, strong values, and intentional mentorship, I strive to help young people reach their full potential, instilling in them the principles of discipline, resilience, accountability, and hard work.
