About Gabriel

Hi! I'm Gabe.

I have had extensive experience in the health, fitness & wellbeing sector from a young age, currently founding & running multiple health & fitness companies. Authentic Health Fitness & Wellbeing, Turn Back Time Health & Fitness as well as being proud to have built & co-founded a local MMA and BJJ school where I still coach and train clients today- Kraken MMA + Fitness.

I currently have numerous fitness & nutrition certifications as well as a degree in Sport Science. I also, have previously employed over 45 PT's around the UK within one of my fitness companies, as well as being a competitive combat athlete holding a European Title! Some of my clients include celebrities & CEO's.

My goal is to help as many people achieve their health & fitness goals for an affordable rate with a no BS approach. I’ve trained alongside some of the best combat athletes in Europe & have always had a keen interest in sports from a young age, but I found my calling in martial arts and started training in Karate aged 7. I consequently progressed in belt level and started participating in several other martial arts as time went on. I then began training in Mixed Martial Arts in my teenage years and a little later in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). As my proficiency increased, I began competing and testing myself against other athletes in an array of combat sports. Furthermore, to better my knowledge of sports and fitness, I attained a BSc degree in Sports, Fitness and Coaching as well as several additional fitness qualifications!

Freestyle Karate/Kickboxing – 1st Dan Black Belt

Japanese Ju-Jutsu – 1st Dan Black Belt

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Brown Belt

Kobudō/Kobu-Justu Practitioner

BA AM European Champion

Active competitor in MMA, BJJ, Submission Grappling, and Olympic Freestyle Wrestling
