Empecé el pilates por qué tengo hernia discal , y los dolores ya estaban muy fuerte , y el médico me mandó , contacté con pina , y la verdad tiene un estudio muy bonito con todos sus equipamientos y es una profesora maravillosa . Los dolores han disminuido hasta el punto que no tomo nada para el dolor , gracias pina!!!
