I’m Alexandra, a certified Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience in movement and fitness. I trained as a Pilates instructor in London, UK, where I led private and studio classes before expanding my teaching internationally. Now based in Vancouver, I offer private in-home sessions alongside my online Pilates platform and YouTube channel, which help clients build strength, improve posture, and feel confident in their bodies.
