About Teleza
I'm Tracy, a final-year Kinesiology and Coaching Science student at Tshwane University of Technology. My degree taught me that mastering any skill whether a sprint or a sentence, requires breaking complex movements into small, repeatable drills. I apply this to English: spelling and grammar become muscle-memory patterns, and creative writing becomes a performance you rehearse. I use sports psychology to ease 'writer's block' (performance anxiety) and treat every mistake as data, not failure. My coaching lens lets me diagnose your weak spots and push you just past your comfort zone—where real growth happens.
