Naimi is so great, that After my friends discouraged me multiple times 'saying portuguese is hard to learn, the people speak so fast that you won't understand a thing', Naimi made learning so interesting and so easy to grasp. She comes down to your level, use everyday examples, suit your own of learning, and understand the difficulties of learning new language. She is always early for classes, come super prepared, using video based learning where you can actually see her, pronouncing difficult words made it easier to imitate and thus learn. She inspires you by reading the sentences in portuguese multiple times so you can grasp the feel of the words, and how actually they are pronounced. Me being shy, she made me feel comfortable, less pressured, and complimented me each time I did right, especially on home works. When I rushed myself, she'd encourage me to take my time, her favorite expression being, "Don't swallow vowel."
All in all, I am happy, she works around my busy schedule very well, my weaknesses and all. She is a gem,no regrets!
