About Bennett
I am an experienced piano tutor with over 8 years of teaching experience. I work with students from school level to college and working professionals. I enjoy helping students grow in their musical journey.
My teaching approach focuses on patience, clarity, and step-by-step learning. I adapt my lessons based on each student’s level and learning style. I focus on building strong fundamentals and improving gradually.
In addition to piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises. These help students understand music better and perform with confidence. I also include practical and fun learning methods.
My strength is making learning simple and stress-free. I help students build confidence, improve technique, and develop regular practice habits. I also guide them in balancing learning with their daily routine.
I create a positive and encouraging environment. My aim is to help students enjoy music and achieve their goals.

I follow an adaptive and engaging teaching methodology that emphasises each student’s personal growth and musical expression. I believe piano learning should be motivating, inspiring, and tailored to the student’s abilities and goals. Through open communication, I learn about each student’s strengths, challenges, and interests, allowing me to design lessons that are both personalised and effective.
Creativity is a major focus of my teaching. I encourage students to explore improvisation, compose their own pieces, and experiment with different musical genres, fostering originality and confidence. Flexibility ensures that lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and preferred learning style, making learning enjoyable and effective.
Along with piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This integrated approach helps students build technical skills, musical understanding, and expressive ability. My aim is to cultivate confident, creative, and passionate musicians who enjoy learning and performing music.
