About Drew
I have been playing the guitar for 17 years, playing in reggae and blues bands in the UK. The most important thing I ensure is solid foundational knowledge and technique for beginners and for intermediate players I ensure the development of key concepts and technique in a linear and structured way that does not overwhelm my student. I also make sure all the drills and concepts are being applied and taught in as practical as possible way showing the student how this is relevant to them, thus keeping spirits and encouragement high while having fun learning.

My techniques depend upon the level of the student, but each student will develop fundamental technique required for more advanced concepts and techniques.
My methodology focuses on ensuring the student is being approached at the level they are at, not being too overwhelmed making sure progress is being made.
Typical lengths of lessons are 1 to 2 hours.
I have been teaching guitar for 2 years in person and I have been playing guitar for 17 years in reggae and blues bands in the UK.
Lessons are aimed at beginners and Intermediate players of all ages.
