About Piru
Hi, I’m Priyanka. I have been practicing Hatha Yoga since childhood and yoga has always been an important part of my life. I love sharing the benefits of yoga with others and helping students feel healthier, calmer, and more confident. My classes are friendly, supportive, and suitable for beginners as well as anyone wanting to deepen their practice.

I teach Hatha Yoga with a gentle and beginner-friendly approach. My lessons focus on improving flexibility, strength, breathing, and inner peace. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience. Together, we will practice at your own pace and build confidence step by step.

I have been her friend since 1 year now and she has happened to give me lessons on yoga and meditation that has helped me heal my anxiety and depression.
