About Nikita
I am a mumbai-based practicing Musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a MSc in Advancing Physiotherapy degree from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. I also hold a fellowship with Higher education academy, UK which enables me to develop and deliver effective and evidence-based learning and teaching sessions. I have been doing both online and offline teaching sessions for students struggling in their undergraduate and postgraduate courses. I also work with student with special needs (learning disabilities) and have organised workshops for teachers on effective teaching.

As a teacher, my job is to guide the students to develop skills rather than just supply them information. My primary approach to teaching is understanding the type of learners in a group or individual class. As directed by research evidence, I use multiple activities and assignments to deepen the understanding. I believe in self-directed learning and therefore, provide students with number of online and offline resources to further their knowledge.
