I am a passionate designer with a love for education. I work as a university academic/tutor and design products, spaces, services for clients with a focus on the home and community. I am an experienced teacher, having worked with people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. I look forward to meeting you!

I believe design is best understood in practice, so let me be your coach, collaborator, and mentor as you start that journey. I’ll help you learn and apply design theory to real problems so you can gain confidence in the design process.
We’ll start by building you a solid foundation in design thinking, human-centred design, and UX while introducing skills such as research, drawing, prototyping, and basic computer aided design (CAD). Then, tailored to your design interests we’ll delve deeper into the world of design, its history, and application of your expanding skillset to solve more complex problems.
If you’re a design student in high school or university, we’ll collaborate together and build from where you stand so you can stress less and have a little more time for yourself.
My design practice focuses on improving the quality of life in the home and the community. But the most rewarding designs I’ve been involved with are those with my students — seeing their growth, innovation, energy, and curiosity flourish!
