About Carrington

I am someone who has always been interested in holistic health, especially when it comes to mental health and the overal psyche. I have studied psychology at the university of Detroit mercy, due to real life I have recently taken a semester off but in doing so I have discovered a passion in helping and talking through things with others. Listening is key! Not only to what others are saying, but more importantly listening to how you feel.

My teaching methodology is mainly based upon creating a safe, comfortable environment for the student to thrive and feel as if they can handle anything that life throws at them through mental troubleshooting skills as well as really reinforcing self confidence and self reliance.
