About Maria
I am a former professional ballet dancer, Pilates instructor and mom of two. After pregnancy and childbirth, I experienced firsthand how much the body can change and how important it is to rebuild the deep core and pelvic floor correctly.
My approach combines my professional dance background with Pilates and postpartum movement, helping moms regain strength, improve posture and reconnect with their bodies. I believe you don’t need extreme workouts—you need the right movements, consistency and patience.

After pregnancy and childbirth, the pelvic floor can become weaker and may need time and proper training to recover. Without adequate support, some women may experience urine leakage, pelvic pressure, reduced core stability or discomfort during everyday activities.
My postpartum Pilates lessons focus on reconnecting with the pelvic floor and deep core through breathing, controlled movement and progressive strengthening, helping you rebuild strength safely and confidently.
