I am a postgraduate, PhD Candidate, Graduate Teaching Assistant and an educator specializing in CS and ICT, I have served as Head of the Department CS.

Under the mentorship of Mr. Thushan Amarasinghege, I attained outstanding academic success, including earning the prestigious Pearson Edexcel Outstanding Learner Award for achieving the highest ICT mark in Qatar in 2023. This achievement was made possible through his unwavering support, high standards, and steadfast commitment to excellence.

His guidance paved the way for my acceptance into several leading engineering institutions, including the University of Toronto, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of British Columbia, and the University of Alberta—many of which offered scholarships. Ultimately, it also led me to secure a full scholarship at Qatar University, where I am currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Thushan Amarasinghege played an instrumental role in helping me perform at the highest academic level while consistently meeting rigorous expectations. The success of his students is a testament to his dedication, and I am profoundly grateful for the lasting impact he has had on my academic journey.

Mr. Thushan was my high school teacher during my final years of school, and I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to be his student.
