About Margaret
I am a dedicated and analytical tutor with a strong academic background in mathematics and economics. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics, and I have experience in finance, including tax, audit, financial analysis, and investment analysis.
Over the years, I have worked with both high school and university students, helping them strengthen their understanding, improve their grades, and develop strong problem-solving skills. My teaching style is structured, patient, and results-oriented. I focus on clarity, logical thinking, and building real confidence in my students.
I take professionalism seriously. My lessons are well-prepared, organized, and tailored to each student’s goals. Whether you need support with foundational concepts or advanced quantitative topics, you can expect consistency, clear guidance, and measurable progress.

My tutoring approach is structured, clear, and results-focused. I believe students learn best when they understand the logic behind concepts, not just memorized steps. My goal is to build confident, independent problem-solvers.
In each lesson, I first identify gaps in understanding, then break complex topics into simple, logical steps. I combine clear explanations with guided practice, worked examples, and exam-style questions. Students actively participate, think through problems, and learn strategies that improve both accuracy and speed.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are organized to maximize progress, whether we are strengthening foundations or preparing for exams.
I am a postgraduate student in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics with experience teaching mathematics, economics, and quantitative courses. I work with high school students building strong foundations in algebra, calculus, and statistics, as well as university students studying economics, econometrics, and quantitative methods.
If you’re serious about improving your understanding and performance, my classes are built for you.
