My teaching methodology depends on the learner/s in front of me. As I would need to adapt to their learning abilities but I normally apply learners centered approach because at the end of the day, they should be the center of attention. Further, personal notes and learners textbook are some of the materials that I usually make use of in order to get them to understand. Thereafter, learner's are assessed and this will provide a clear picture if they're following or not. Then, give them more work if they're following or go back to the topic and sort whatever challenges they might be encountering.
This must be done with humility and patience especially with learners having learning difficulties.
