About Pearl
I am currently a student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal pursuing my Postgraduate Certificate in Education widely known as a PGCE qualification. Was a 2020 graduand, I have a degree in Geography and Environmental Management. I happen to have a very strong passion for teaching and also learning from other people. I have been a tutor of an organization called Young Professionals' League since 2018.

The teaching method I believe works best for me and my student is eliciting. Which is basically testing what the student already knows and how far their understanding of the content goes, before giving them answers. Let them try first, before you correct. I believe student should be given a chance to practice and do more so they could grasp what is being taught to them.
