I help budding architecture students build successful portfolios for their University applications. I achieved a clean sweep with my Uni applications, being accepted into 6 of the Top Uk and global Rankings
I am very familiar in the application process to this institute, which is ranked as the best architecture school in the UK and second best in the world (QS rankings).
Applying to university can be a daunting process, especially to a competitive and creative course like Architecture, where the parameters of acceptance is ambiguous.
I am equipped and eager to help students with a desire to achieve great things.
How it Will Work:
1) Consultation session
The first session will consist of a consultation assessment of your current portfolio to understand your personal targets and goals. We will discuss your potential course and university choices and relevant deadlines in order to tailor a course plan for you in the structure below.
2) Project Crits
In each university-styled tutorial session you will present your work and ideas to me, and I will discuss with you how to develop your concepts further and more in-depth, in order to produce strong work for your portfolio.
3) Portfolio Tutorials
In these sessions I will assist you in curating your current work into a portfolio fit for your university interviews, and teach you how to present your work using softwares such as InDesign. We will work on how to express ideas both verbally and visually, and you will learn the key to a well-presented portfolio, whether you are starting from scratch or already has a compilation of work.
4) Personal Statement Tutorials
Here, I will review your personal statement drafts and help you tailor it to what specific universities and institutions are looking for. I will assist you in communicating your passion effectively with writing and phrasing techniques.
5) Interview Practice
In these later sessions I will conduct university-styled mock interviews with you and share tips and advices to a successful interview.
