About Jose
Completing a BM Popular Music from Queensland Conservatorium gave me the technical foundation for my gigging career. Teaching guitar is how I spend my time between tours and live sets. I focus heavily on indie rock and alt-rock styles for my students.
Performance-focused learners and kids often find my direct style very helpful. My 12 years of experience help me guide self-taught players wanting structure. You can expect straight talk about music theory and maintenance from a working musician.

Strings buzzing against the fretboard often frustrate beginners trying to nail their first rhythm guitar riffs. I integrate reading sheet music and fingerpicking techniques to ensure you understand the instrument.
