About Daniel
Having used tutors myself from 10 years of age when I was having to do entrance exams to private school, I recognise the importance of not only improving knowledge, but building confidence and techniques. I've completed exchange programmes in Germany and Japan, giving me a great understanding of different cultures, perspectives and learning environments. I aim to make sessions supportive, engaging, and focused on building confidence as well as knowledge - whether you are struggling with a tough concept or want help pushing towards top grades, I tailor my teaching style to suit you. Sessions are flexibly timed, though 1 hour is recommended. I have had a year's worth of experience tutoring GCSE-level Japanese at Whitgift School. I provide lessons for students up until GCSE for English, Maths, and Japanese. Furthermore, I can teach IB level English and standard level Japanese.
