About Maria

I am currently a student studying BA Politics and Economics and Newcastle University. At A Level I studied Economics, Politics and History, gaining AAB in the respective subjects. I currently tutor online with MyTutor and am looking to expand my employment opportunities.

About the lesson

First and foremost I ensure that my students feel safe and are happy during lessons as I am a firm believer that this is the best environment for learning. My teaching method is to explain the basics to the student and give an example and then provide questions for the student to practise the method. I allow the student to develop alternative ways at looking at questions and encourage them to answer questions in ways that they find most productive rather than forcing them to conform to the standard methods. I can cater to any of the students needs and will go over and teach whatever topic within these subjects they feel they most need.
