I know Dr. William from my time as a student at Mount St. Mary's University. During my time as an undergraduate pursuing a B.A. in Political Science, Dr. William was a fantastic professor who provided engaging courses and challenged you to constantly push to become better as an academic. He is incredibly intelligent, particularly in teaching data analytics and international relations. In addition, he is humorous and engaging. He took the time to ensure all of his students succeeded, whether that meant opening up additional office hours or acting as a mentor for those needing advice. I suspect all of these reasons were why his courses were always the first to fill up.

I was a student of Dr. William's over the course of several undergraduate semesters, and in those semesters, I found his classes to be both highly engaging and extremely informative. At the end of every class semester, I felt like I had learned a great deal and had a genuinely enjoyable experience in the process. He has a strong ability to make a topic which seems daunting seem readily accessible. Easily one of the best professors I have ever had. I feel confident in recommending Dr. William as a professor who has clear expertise and an interest in conveying information to students and seeing them succeed. I give Dr. William my highest accolade as a quality professor of social science.
