About Simone
I mentored high school students in speech and essay writing for about two years, leading some to win noble speech and debate competitions. In my personal experience, I write and edit for a publication through my university. My writing styles range from academic research writing to poetry and journalistic articles.

I am an undergraduate political communications student with a minor in writing at Emerson College looking to help middle school and high school students build their confidence in the written word. As an instructor, my approach is to help the student gain critical thinking skills to lay a foundation that makes writing a fun and challenging task. My lessons will not just be copy-editing, just to get the best grade. Instead, I will be guiding the student to help them understand their own personal writing styles and what methods work for them.
