About Lyuda
As a professional dance and flexibility coach with years of experience both offline and online, I bring a supportive and inspiring atmosphere to every session. I specialize in pole dance, exotic flow, and deep stretching techniques for back and splits. My classes are adapted to every level — from complete beginners to advanced students. I’m also the founder and owner of my own dance studio, which gives me a deep understanding of what clients truly need — whether they come for self-expression, confidence, body transformation, or emotional release. I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and supported. I’ve helped many women discover their inner strength, sensuality, and body awareness through movement. You’ll always feel respected and motivated in my sessions — no judgment, only growth. Let’s work together on your unique path — beautifully, confidently, and with real results.
