About Harshita

I’m a choreographer, personal trainer, and aerialist who believes the magic of dance doesn’t stop on the ground—it takes flight. With a background in dance in addition to aerial skills, I bring a unique dance-centric approach to aerial arts, blending fluid movement with strength and grace. In my Aerial Hoop and Flying Pole classes, I focus on building a solid foundation through warm-up and conditioning, ensuring every body—no matter the level—feels strong, safe, and supported. Each month, we bring everything together in a stunning aerial choreography, giving you the chance to express yourself and flow seamlessly through the air. I create a fun, welcoming space where you can explore, surprise yourself, and experience the joy of movement from a whole new perspective. Whether you're here to spin, fly, or simply try something new, I’m here to guide you—one beautiful movement at a time. Let’s defy gravity and dance in the air together!

About the lesson

Surprise your body and defy gravity in our fun and empowering Flying Pole & Aerial Hoop class! Designed for all levels, each session begins with a focused warm-up and conditioning segment to prepare your body, build strength, and improve flexibility—ensuring you feel supported whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover.

In this playful and welcoming environment, you’ll learn to spin, flip, and flow through the air with safe progressions tailored to your level. Whether you’re soaring on the hoop or gliding around the flying pole, every class is an adventure where you’ll unlock new skills while boosting your confidence.

No experience is required—just bring an open heart, an open mind, and a willingness to explore. Come fly with us and discover how much fun your body is capable of!

I know Harshita for nearly two years now. Before I started training with her, I hated working out and always thought weights and strength training is not for me.
I had trouble with consistency and having her constantly be pushing me to workout and keeping me accountable and motivating me helped a lot!!
My goals were to lose weight and to gain upper body and core strength, generally lead a more healthy lifestyle and to be able to do so consistently
I have significantly improved upper body strength, was unable to do push-ups before, even core strength has improved, I mostly enjoy my workouts as she is such a positive person and I have managed to shed weight and be more or less consistent. I 100% recommend Harshita.
