About Katerina
I’m a wellness and fitness enthusiast who has been passionate about movement and healthy living my entire life. With years of training and experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of proper body mechanics, alignment, and intentional movement.
Through contemporary Pilates, I focus on helping clients build strength, improve posture, and move their bodies correctly and confidently. My goal is to make Pilates a valuable part of your everyday life—supporting better movement, improved posture, and overall well-being. I’m passionate about helping each client feel stronger, more confident, and become the best version of themselves.
