I’ve been coaching for 5 years now and love the individual sides of things. Helping out where I can and helping achieve goals set from a player puts me in a position where I’m at my best. I’ve worked in all different areas in life but this part of it all is my favorite as I’m in my element.

What we would do is set goals and ideas that are achievable. Once that is done, we’ll plan out what drills suit you and if you had a particular position in mind, look to grow in that area. I’d also implement gym/fitness sessions that are helpful for that role.
