About Tasheika
I am a college-commit basketball player. I am ranked top 100 in California Prep Hoops Girls. I played with some of the top players in the country and dealt with the recruiting process of D1 and D2 programs. I have seen the background of how athletes get their hype and I know the hard work and dedication of being that student-athlete.

I will teach the basics of basketball and the IQ of the game. The techniques of dribbling, shooting, etc, and even quick lessons of plyometric workouts to strengthen your body to improve more in basketball. I will also give you a rundown of the background of how to suceed as a basketball player if you are trying to get into the industry. That isn't taught to a lot of players and I want to help kids get better but also understand this industry.
