About Jessica
The kitchen has always been my playground.
From a very young age, I understood that eating well was not just a matter of recipes, but a way of connecting with oneself, with life, with pleasure.
It took me time to learn to love ingredients for what they are—to taste the texture of broccoli, the sweetness of a butternut squash, the freshness of a herb. And I discovered that by cooking mindfully, you can create dishes that are healthy, flavorful, easy to digest, and deeply nourishing.
I became passionate about digestion, the gut microbiota, food combining, nutrient families—proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, minerals, enzymes—and everything that influences our vitality. While not a nutritionist, I've accumulated a wealth of practical, hands-on knowledge that I love to share through simple, flavorful, and sensible dishes.
Cooking is a living art: a balance between pleasure and well-being, between texture, temperature and flavor.
I like to accompany each person to rediscover this joy of creating, tasting, smelling, daring, whether it is in a detox approach, recovery after a fast, or simply to reinvent everyday life.
Because at its core, cooking is magic — an alchemy that nourishes the body, awakens the senses and restores the desire to savor life.

My name is Jessica, and I'm passionate about Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and plant-based cuisine. With a rich heritage of eight different cultures, I've always been immersed in these world cuisines where spices, colors, and textures are perfectly blended. What I share is a cuisine of life—flavorful, easy to digest, nourishing, and deeply indulgent.
I teach how:
cook vegetables in a generous and tasty way.
create refined appetizers (crackers, tapenades, canapés, dips...),
revisiting Italian, Asian or Oriental classics in a balanced version,
prepare detox meals, meals for after a fast or when breaking a fast,
and develop sensory autonomy in cooking: learning to taste, smell, adjust.
Method
Before each lesson, we take a moment by phone to understand your approach:
Want to eat better? Need a detox? Craving culinary creativity?
Next, I'll give you a list of dishes from which you can choose the one we'll cook together. (If the class is in person, we can cook up to two dishes together.)
During the lesson:
I'll show you how to balance a dish in terms of flavors, textures, colors, and temperatures;
we are talking about digestive associations (how to cook to digest well);
We explore spices, herbs, oils, seeds, nut butters, etc.
Each session is both a workshop for knowledge transfer and a moment of sensory pleasure.

Jessica est une personne absolument exceptionnelle. En quelques rencontres, elle m’a transmis bien plus que de simples “astuces”, elle m’a ouvert à une véritable compréhension profonde de l’alimentation, de ses mécanismes, de ses influences et de la manière dont chaque choix peut devenir un geste de soin envers soi. Avec elle, on ne se contente pas de “manger” : on vit une expérience culinaire, sensorielle et pédagogique.
Elle a une capacité rare à rendre simple ce qui semble complexe, à transmettre avec intelligence, clarté et une chaleur humaine qui fait du bien.
