About Fairy-Lou
Pilates and Exercise To Music Instructor and Massage Therapist for over 5 years. I have taught in gyms across the county, my own private classes and also for my online community of pilates lovers!
I have qualified as a level 4 Low Back Pain instructor and also GP Exercise Referral instructor, working with over 15 chronic medical conditions and devising exercise programmes to help improve quality of life.

I am down to earth and relatable in my teaching style, we always have fun! Sometimes I use music, other times il have a peaceful session. I try to use equipment and props from around the home when teaching online, to make it accessible for everyone. Classes vary in length and intensity.
