About Noe
I have been a POP Pilates instructor since 2018. I am the only internationally certified teacher who offers these classes in Spanish from Argentina, since the original format comes from the USA. I am an instructor of Pilates Mat and Stretching received from the Espacio Azul school since 2020. I am a teacher of Ayurvedic yoga therapy and vinyasa yoga ayurveda at the Humanist School of Purna Yoga and Neo Ayurveda of Jermaine Isaac, with more than 400 hours of training.

My classes are based on the Pilates method in a fusion between classical and modern Pilates. The classes are suitable for all ages and physical condition. It is never too late to start moving and feeling full! POP Pilates classes are performed as if it were a dance on the mat since they are to the rhythm of music. Pilates mat classes are intense and with more focus towards movements. There is always a warm-up at the beginning and we end with a relaxation to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. Each class lasts approximately 50 minutes.
