About Van Der
Helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. There is nothing better than seeing someone achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach, whether that is improving their fitness, overcoming back pain, increasing flexibility, losing weight, or simply feeling more comfortable in their own body.
My journey in health and fitness has been driven by a passion for helping others improve their quality of life through movement and exercise. I believe fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to the individual. Too many people feel intimidated by exercise or believe they need to be fit before they start. My role is to provide guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
I am a qualified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, and Sports Massage Therapist with experience supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds and fitness levels. I also work as an educator and assessor within the fitness industry, helping future fitness professionals develop the knowledge and skills needed for successful careers.
My teaching style is supportive, professional, and results-focused. I take the time to understand your goals and create sessions that are both challenging and achievable. Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to exercise after a break, or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I will help you progress at a pace that works for you.
I pride myself on creating a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, motivated, and confident. Every achievement matters, from mastering a new movement to reaching a major fitness milestone. Your success is my success.

Are you looking to feel stronger, move better, improve your posture, and build confidence in your body? My Pilates sessions are designed to help you achieve real results in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Every lesson is tailored to your individual needs, whether your goal is improving flexibility, developing core strength, enhancing mobility, supporting healthy weight management, reducing back pain, recovering from inactivity, or improving overall fitness. No two bodies are the same, so no two sessions should be either.
My teaching approach focuses on clear instruction, correct technique, gradual progression, and building confidence. I break exercises down into simple steps and provide modifications where needed, allowing you to progress safely and effectively. Sessions combine traditional Pilates principles with practical movement training to help you see improvements both during lessons and in everyday life.
Lessons typically last 45 to 60 minutes and are available online or in person. You will receive individual guidance, ongoing support, and structured progression towards your goals.
I am a qualified fitness professional with experience teaching and coaching individuals of different ages, abilities, and fitness levels. My background includes Pilates instruction, personal training, sports massage therapy, and health and fitness education.
