About Sherezade
I am a professional dancer and teacher of classical and contemporary dance at the professional dance conservatory of Valencia. I also graduated in dramatic art at ESAD Valencia and currently I teach at dance schools in Madrid, I have a company with a dance-theater show and I am a member of the Larumbe dance company in Coslada. I have taken classical, contemporary and jazz dance classes at the Joffrey ballet and Hubbart street dance in Chicago. During my stay there I was also in residence with the company Hedwig dances and taught classes at Forevermoredance and theater arts and The Ruth Page School. I`ve been teaching dance classes for 12 years and now also Pilates.

My classes are based on the Pilates and yoga method. They are 50 minutes, divided into 3 parts.
The first part of standing, body warming, introduction to movement, positioning, breathing and organization of the body.
The second part strengthening. We perform dynamic and static exercises to strengthen muscles, body parts, correct postures and bad habits, always accompanied by breathing.
Third and final part, we return to calm with stretching that comes from yoga or dance, stretching and oxygenating the part worked in the session. We end with a relaxation on the floor. The classes are with music as it unites the movement and enlivens the class.
