About Lorena
I am a contemporary Pilates teacher with more than 5 years of experience giving personalized and group classes. I am also a teacher of Hatha yoga and Vinyasaflow, as a teacher of hypopressives. I complement it with my studies in chiromassage, there is no best way to finish the workout with a relaxing or sport massage. Start correcting your posture from the first day, such as improving your physical condition.
