About Elisa
I use my foundation in Pilates, barre and postpartum corrective exercise to teach these things, but also to inform my belly dance instruction. My classes are fun and encouraging and completely accessible to beginners. You are guaranteed a good laugh, beautiful music and gorgeous movement within your own body. I also believe in the importance of meeting the student where they are at, so I always give modifications and variations to both technique and movement complexity. I look forward to meeting you!

I love functional fitness and dance. I am a certified mat Pilates instructor with a certificate in Postpartum corrective exercise and training in Barre. I use this foundation to inform my belly dance instruction so that student know postural cues in order to one be safe, and two, access belly dance technique and movements. Helping people feel empowered and gorgeous in their movement is my passion!
