About Madeline
I am a piano tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching students from schools, colleges, and working professionals. My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, encouragement, and adapting lessons to each student’s unique learning style. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable, meaningful, and productive while helping students develop technical skills, musical understanding, and expressive creativity. Over the years, my students have performed in recitals, competitions, and public events, gaining confidence and recognition. I combine technique, music theory, and creative exercises to make lessons engaging and effective. Modern tools and personalised practice plans help students progress steadily while enjoying the learning process. My goal is to inspire a lifelong love for music and help students achieve their personal musical aspirations. I provide guidance, motivation, and support at every stage of their piano journey.

My teaching methodology is based on compassion, patience, and clear communication. I believe piano learning should be encouraging and well-guided. I support students by understanding their strengths and learning needs. I begin with piano fundamentals such as posture, hand position, finger technique, rhythm, and note reading. Lessons are explained clearly in simple English. I move forward only when students feel confident. Communication is an important part of my teaching. I encourage students to ask questions and express concerns. I give regular feedback and practical guidance to help them improve. Along with piano, I teach music theory, scales, chords, sight reading, and ear training. These subjects help students gain strong musical knowledge. I also guide students in building effective practice routines. My supportive teaching style helps students build confidence and enjoy steady progress.
