About Hannah

I am a music graduate from Durham University. I taught piano to a range of ages before studying. One of my students who I started with when he was a beginner, has just turned 8 and got a merit at Grade 2 piano! I have my Grade 8 in piano, Diploma in voice and in flute. I love working with beginners, but I can teach at most levels

I teach with the John Thompson book collections and move onto the ABRSM exam scheme. I am more than happy not to do examinations as it is not all about grades. I believe in encouragement and having fun, but I will expect hard work and dedication.
