About Jessica

I started learning the piano when I was 6 years old and I was determined to continue so that I could read any sheet music put in front of me. Now I am pursuing a degree in Theater Arts Education while continuing to work on my piano skills. I have taught piano to beginners of all ages both in person and online, and they always enjoy our time together. I love teaching and being a part of your growth as a student and musician!

About the lesson

I will take where you’re at in your talent and use the techniques that best suit you and your learning style! From sight-reading to playing chords and scales, we will improve your skills and talents so that you’ll be able to sit down and play, impressing everyone who hears!

Jessica is a very thoughtful and intuitive teacher. She is great with children and very patient. As an adult student, Jessica helped me to feel comfortable and encouraged to keep trying. I absolutely recommend her as a teacher.

The first lesson is a 30 minute free lesson so I can get to know you and what methods would work best for you, then you will need to purchase the book and/or books that I recommend to start with for our next lesson.

We can also do 30 minute lessons, geared especially towards younger students.

Online lessons can be done over Zoom or Google Meet with no extra cost.

I can come to your home for an extra $5 per lesson (regardless of the lesson time).
