About Liz
I have been playing piano for 11 years now! I recently started to teach people from beginner to junior levels in private lessons. I’m a music student myself in the process of completing the Royal Conservatory of Music program, and love playing complex pieces.

First lesson will be an introductory lesson where I will determine where the student’s strengths and weaknesses lie, they will get to show me what they know and tell me a bit about what their goals in piano playing are.
Following lessons will be catered to each individual, and shall include;
-developing and/or strengthening the foundational aspects of piano playing such as practicing different exercises that will help with technique
-learning how to sight read and approach new pieces
-learning piano vocabulary/terminology and some important piano theory
(i.e. Note placements and different musical signs and what they mean)
-having fun and playing what you want!
