About Aurelio
Having earned my BMus in Piano from the Curtis Institute of Music, I reflect on 13 years of instruction. These decades involved guiding 60 plus students from Prep A through ARCT exams. My work centers on pedaling technique and hand independence.
I also cover jazz improvisation and music theory alongside grade exam prep for ABRSM and Trinity boards. Sight playing and sight reading are core parts of my instruction, as is exploring pop and contemporary styles. Watching a student discover their own musical voice remains my greatest reward.
