About Lyra
I have 12 years of experience teaching piano and hold a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance. Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students from many different backgrounds, helping them improve technique, performance confidence, and musical understanding. Watching learners achieve meaningful progress remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
My teaching philosophy centers on patience, structure, and adaptability. I believe every student learns differently and deserves lessons that support their individual development. Building confidence while maintaining clear goals is an important part of my approach.
Outside teaching, I enjoy performing, studying piano repertoire, and exploring innovative educational methods. These interests help me continue developing as a musician and educator. I am passionate about helping students discover their musical potential and enjoy every stage of learning.

My piano lessons focus on helping students build a strong relationship with music through structured learning and creative exploration. We work on note recognition, finger strength, rhythm precision, hand coordination, scale fluency, chord understanding, and expressive interpretation. Every lesson is carefully designed to support steady progress and long-term musical growth.
Students participate in technical studies, sight-reading exercises, repertoire learning, listening activities, rhythm development tasks, and musical analysis. I encourage learners to understand the purpose behind each exercise so they can become more independent musicians. Lessons are adapted to suit personal goals, strengths, and learning preferences.
I enjoy helping students gain confidence at the keyboard while developing skills that extend beyond individual pieces. Through consistent encouragement and practical guidance, learners improve both technically and musically. My goal is to make piano study engaging, productive, and enjoyable.
