About Inara
I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance and Contemporary Music after years of focused study in composition, instrumental interpretation, and creative performance during my academic training. Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and skill levels, helping them improve through personalised instruction and supportive mentorship. Teaching piano allows me to combine creativity, communication, and artistic expression in a deeply meaningful way. I enjoy helping learners become more confident musicians through engaging and practical lessons.
My teaching style focuses on flexibility, patience, and balanced musical growth. Some students improve best through structured repetition and technical exercises, while others respond more naturally to improvisation and creative exploration. I carefully adjust lessons according to each learner’s confidence level, comfort, and artistic goals. Along with technical development, I help students strengthen listening ability, rhythm awareness, expressive playing, and performance confidence. Building a welcoming and motivating learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities as a teacher.
Outside teaching, I continue practising piano, exploring different musical genres, and studying educational approaches that help keep lessons engaging and inspiring. Music remains an important source of creativity and emotional expression in my life. One of the most fulfilling parts of teaching is seeing students become more expressive and self-assured throughout their musical journey.

My piano lessons are created to help students improve technical foundations while developing confidence and creative expression through engaging and organised learning sessions. I teach rhythm accuracy, hand coordination, finger control, note reading, expressive phrasing, and dynamic balance using practical exercises that feel approachable for learners at every stage. Lessons also include improvisation practice, ear training, timing activities, duet exercises, and sight-reading sessions that help students improve steadily through regular practice. I create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable exploring music while building important technical habits. Every lesson supports both musical progress and artistic individuality together.
Beginners focus on keyboard awareness, posture, scales, and simple melodies through structured routines and patient guidance that build healthy playing habits gradually. Intermediate learners improve coordination between both hands, smoother transitions, expressive timing, and rhythmic consistency through guided exercises and focused studies. Advanced students strengthen emotional interpretation, advanced repertoire, stage confidence, and performance preparation through detailed coaching sessions. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s pace, personality, and musical goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning journey.
Learning piano should feel meaningful, enjoyable, and rewarding. I encourage students to appreciate gradual improvement while building confidence through supportive feedback and consistent practice. Many learners become more expressive and independent as their musical understanding continues growing naturally over time. My goal is to help students strengthen both technical skill and artistic confidence while creating a lasting connection with music.
