About Clara
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Interpretation and Music Theory after years of studying instrumental performance, collaborative music, and advanced musical structure during my formal education. During the past 6 years, I have worked with students from different age groups and experience levels, helping them improve through personalized guidance and encouraging instruction. Teaching piano allows me to combine creativity, mentorship, and musical communication in a meaningful way. I enjoy helping learners discover confidence and emotional expression through music.
My teaching approach focuses on flexibility, patience, and balanced musical development. Some students improve best through technical exercises and organized repetition, while others respond more naturally to improvisation and creative exploration. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s personality, comfort level, and artistic goals. Along with technical development, I help students strengthen listening ability, rhythm awareness, expressive playing, and stage confidence. Creating a welcoming and supportive learning atmosphere remains one of my most important priorities.
Outside teaching, I continue practicing piano, exploring different musical traditions, and studying educational approaches that help keep my lessons fresh and engaging. Music remains a major source of inspiration and creativity in my life. One of the most fulfilling parts of teaching is watching students become more comfortable and expressive through their musical journey. Helping learners enjoy music while building long-term piano skills continues to motivate me greatly.

My piano lessons focus on helping students develop strong musical understanding while enjoying the creative process of learning music step by step. I teach note reading, rhythm accuracy, hand coordination, finger independence, dynamic control, and expressive phrasing through clear and supportive instruction. Lessons also include improvisation practice, duet exercises, sight-reading development, ear training, and timing activities that help students improve naturally over time. I create a calm and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring music freely without unnecessary pressure. Every lesson balances technical growth with creativity and confidence building.
Beginners learn posture, keyboard familiarity, scales, and simple melodies through patient guidance and organized exercises that build healthy foundational habits. Intermediate learners improve rhythmic consistency, coordination between both hands, expressive timing, and smoother transitions through structured studies and guided musical activities. Advanced students focus on advanced repertoire, interpretation skills, emotional storytelling, and performance preparation through detailed coaching sessions. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s confidence level, pace, and musical interests so progress remains balanced and encouraging throughout the learning process.
Learning piano should feel inspiring and rewarding rather than stressful. I encourage students to appreciate gradual progress while developing confidence through supportive feedback and regular practice. Many learners become more expressive and independent as their musical understanding continues growing over time. My goal is to help students strengthen both technical ability and artistic individuality while building a lasting connection with music.
