About Skye
I have 7 years of experience teaching piano and hold a Master’s Degree in Piano Interpretation. During my teaching journey, I have guided students in strengthening technique, improving performance skills, and developing deeper musical understanding. Watching learners achieve their goals continues to inspire me.
My teaching approach emphasizes adaptability, encouragement, and structured growth. I believe every student deserves lessons that match their individual learning style while providing clear direction. Supporting confidence and independence is central to my work.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy studying piano literature, exploring performance practices, and collaborating with other musicians. These experiences enrich my teaching and help me bring fresh ideas into lessons. I am passionate about helping students enjoy music while reaching their potential.

My piano lessons focus on helping students develop strong musical skills while building confidence and creativity. We work on note-reading, rhythm control, finger independence, hand coordination, scale fluency, chord understanding, and expressive interpretation. Every lesson balances technical development with enjoyable musical exploration.
Students participate in sight-reading activities, technical studies, listening exercises, repertoire development, musical analysis, and creative keyboard projects. I explain concepts clearly and practically so learners can understand how different elements of music connect together. Lessons are tailored to each student's goals and learning preferences.
I enjoy helping students transform consistent effort into meaningful musical progress. Through supportive instruction and detailed feedback, learners become more confident and capable at the keyboard. My goal is to create lessons that are rewarding, engaging, and inspiring.
