About Salin
I am a committed Piano tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience, helping college students achieve their musical goals through engaging and structured lessons. My goal is to make every student feel confident while learning piano.
My teaching style is simple, supportive, and focused on individual progress. I explain concepts clearly using practical demonstrations and encourage students to practice consistently.
I use innovative methods including digital learning platforms, ear training, rhythm exercises, creative music activities, and personalized practice schedules. These techniques make lessons enjoyable while helping students improve efficiently.
Students gain confidence in note reading, finger techniques, scales, chords, rhythm, posture, and expressive performance. I guide students with patience and regular feedback so they continue progressing successfully.

My teaching methodology is built on communication, creativity, flexibility, and individual guidance. I believe every student has their own learning style, so I prepare lessons that suit their age, ability, and musical interests. My classes are designed to be enjoyable, practical, and inspiring, helping students develop confidence while mastering piano skills.
Students begin with the fundamentals, including correct posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm practice, note reading, and basic music theory. After building a strong foundation, they move on to scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, articulation, pedal techniques, sight reading, expressive playing, and performance preparation. Each lesson follows a logical sequence so students learn comfortably without feeling rushed.
I use demonstrations, guided practice, listening exercises, and creative activities to make learning interesting. Students are encouraged to ask questions, understand musical concepts, and practice regularly. Continuous feedback helps them recognize their strengths and improve their weaker areas.
Students also explore various musical styles such as classical, pop, movie themes, worship songs, and modern music. Improvisation and accompaniment activities encourage creativity and help students develop their own musical expression.
Besides piano, I teach keyboard, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, beginner composition, and performance preparation. These supporting subjects provide students with complete musical knowledge.
My goal is to create a positive learning experience where students enjoy music, gain confidence, and continue developing their skills throughout life.
