About Yuanyuan
Hello! I am a patient and approachable music teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from Bishop’s University in Canada. I studied Music Performance at a music institute in Latina, Italy, which enriched my musical background and broadened my understanding of different musical styles.
I especially enjoy teaching beginners and children, and I love helping students take their first steps in music with confidence. I always try to make lessons enjoyable and stress-free, so students can learn at their own pace.
I believe learning music should be a positive and rewarding experience. My goal is to support students, encourage them, and help them gradually improve while enjoying the process.
I teach in both English and Chinese, and I am happy to work with students from different backgrounds.

My lessons are structured, patient, and beginner-friendly. I help students build strong fundamentals step by step, including posture, technique, rhythm, and musical expression.
For children and beginners, I make lessons interactive and enjoyable, so they stay motivated while learning. I adjust the pace according to each student and make sure they feel comfortable and confident.
I also give simple and clear practice guidance after each lesson, so students know exactly what to work on. This helps them improve faster and stay consistent.
